| BackgroundEnd-stage renal disease is common in patients with maintenance hemodialysis with a variety of complications,itchy skin is a very common one of is extremely stubborn complications,and with the dialysis duration,symptom is aggravating gradually,thus seriously affect the patients' quality of life,even threat to life.So how to improve the symptoms of patients with pruritus,thus effectively improve the quality of life of dialysis patients,is a problem to be solved.In recent years,the study found that combined Chinese and western medicine treatment methods for HD patients itchy skin to improve.In this clinical research,select 118 cases of patients with long-term maintenance hemodialysis therapy,born in the ear pills vein capsule combined treatment process,the phases of degree of pruritus score,by itching score before and after treatment,has been clear about the ear pills born joint capsule of arteries and veins to improve itching symptoms in patients with maintenance hemodialysis has good curative effect.Objective:To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of ear pills combined with Shengmai Capsules treating hemodialysis patients with pruritus.MethodsOne hundred and eighteen pruritus disease patients who regular dialysis more than three months were chosen.The patients(n=118)were randomly divided into group A and group B,and they were given 2-stage clinical crossover tests.The experimental study on the two stages,each stage time for eight weeks,the first stage in group A as treatment group,group B as control group;The second stage group B as treatment group,group A as control group.In the first phase of treatment is completed,after 4 weeks of washout period,two groups crossover the next phase of the treatment.The treatment group were given ear pills combined with Shengmai capsules to therapy on the basis of regular hemodialysis.The control group only were given regular hemodialysis treatment.Observe KT/V,URR,the changes of pruritus score,the comparison of clinical curative effect before and after the treatment,and calcium,phosphorus ion concentration changes before dialysis.ResultsAfter two courses of treatment,the KT/V and URR after treatment of two groups compared with before treatment differences had no statistical significance(P>0.05).Difference before and after of the treatment group compared with control group differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05),it showed that two groups there was no difference about dialysis adequacy effect in the process of the entire study.The pruritus scores before treatment were significantly decreased(P<0.05),the control group after treatment there was no statistically significant difference compared with before this treatment(P>0.05),the treatment group reduce obviously than the control group after treatment(P<0.05),the treatment group curative effect is better than the control group.The calcium ion concentration before dialysis of two groups were decreased than before treatment(P<0.05),the difference before and after treatment of treatment group there was no statistically significant difference compared with control group(P>0.05).The phosphate ion concentration before dialysis of treatment groups were decreased than before treatment(P<0.05),the control group after treatment there was no statistically significant difference compared with before this treatment(P>0.05),the difference before and after treatment of treatment group there was no statistically significant difference compared with control group(P>0.05)explained that the improvement of pruritus degree was't achieved by controlling the concentration of calcium and phosphate ion.ConclusionEar pills combined with Shengmai capsules can improve the symptoms of maintenance hemodialysis patients with pruritus. |
