Chinese Modal particle "Le" is one of the difficult problems encountered by the Korean students in learning Chinese. In the process of learning the word "Le" or use in actual communication,the returned students often be in errors, even in the middle and advanced stages. I take Korean students as the research object, found a number of laws through the analysis of a large number of modal particles "Le" error corpus analysisThis paper mainly introduces the three typical grammatical meaning and the syntactic function of the modal particles "Le", and compared the modal particles "Le" with the dynamic auxiliary "Le", these ontological theories lay the theoretical foundation for the error analysis. Through the corpus of HSK corpus, the students' homework, and the questionnaire collected the students' mood word "the" wrong sentence,and according to these errors, analysis and sum up of the three types of errors in the acquisition of the modal particles of the foreign students :false addition, omission and confusion.In depth analysis the reasons of error types of the tone of the word "Le",summed up the error causes of the word "Le",including negative transfer of mother tongue?the over generalization of the target language rules?textbook layout is not reasonable ? lack of teachers teaching guidance and lack of grammar knowledge. Finally, the corresponding teaching suggestions are put forward from three aspects of teaching, learning and teaching materials. Teachers should step by step in teaching,can use comparative analysis, context teaching and other methods. Correct treatment of students' errors, appropriate increase in exercise content and so on. Students should listen carefully and find their own way to learn the language, review regularly and review in a timely manner.
