"Sui Shu" Variant Study

The research of variant characters is a forceful important part in the work of Chinese character sorting and standardization.In this paper,the theory of Configuration of Chinese characters was combined and guided directions,the configuration and character of Chinese characters.In which way we deduce the definition of Words with Non-Standardized Variant is a group of characters which are formed for the same word that have the same function to express the word,or a different set of characters.Zhang Taiyan’s "Qiu Book" published in 1903,with seven years taken.From the corruption of the Qing Dynasty to the nineteen century to the new shining twenty-first Century on the culture perspective by comparison.Qiu Book showed the condition of exhibition of Mr.Zhang Taiyan’s knowledge of classical literature which has collected massive forms of Chinese characters,Words with Non-Standardized Varian is one of the most important object of this paper.Except the introduction and conclusion,this paper is divided into four chapters.The last two chapters are the main part of the discussion.Chapter one.Overview of Zhang Taiyan works Qiu Book before 37— year —life,the origin of Qiu Book writings,and Qiu Book version and research status.Chapter two.At first,the historical origin of the Chinese character allograft is reviewed,and the advantages and disadvantages of each theory are summarized,the definition of the variant character is defined.To clarify the relationships of variant characters with ancient and modern words,with Tongjiazi,and differentiation between homologous words related concepts such as the difference.Chapter three.Under the guidance of the theory of Chinese characters formation,this paper firstly discusses the problem of heterogeneous characters.Firstly,different words caused by different constitution including the differences among the pictographic character and the phonogram characters,ideographic character and the phonogram characters.Secondly,heterogeneous words caused by the same theory—pictographic,phonogram and ideographic characters.Chapter four.Put the main point to the causation and the classification problem.One of thses two classifications is the different writing words caused by changed relative position of Chinese character component,the other is the different writing words caused by changed wrtting including some saving forms words.
