With more frequent economic exchanges between China and Myanmar, Chinese as a foreign language education in Myanmar continue to develop and deepen. But the problem of Chinese teaching and learning has cropped up. Game teaching method in the study got the recognition and support of scholars at home and abroad, focusing on the theory and founding it provides a new train of thought and method for teaching Chinese as a foreign language at the same time. Game teaching method applied in the Chinese teaching practice is inspired and practical significance to stimulate students’ interest in learning, improve the efficiency of students learning Chinese and teachers’ teaching task.The focus of this study is based on motivation theory and the theory of interest game teaching method in the application of Chinese teaching. With Burma’s Chinese teaching environment as the background, combined with the author’s teaching experience in Tachileik Da Hua Fojing School Myanmar, an investigation on the status of Chinese teaching of the school is conducted. According to the investigation, this paper analyses the causes of the problems existing in Chinese teaching and carries on the game teaching design research. This study found that using game teaching method could active classroom atmosphere, create a relaxed, enjoyable and interesting classroom when teaching Chinese as a foreign language for the students.At the same time, combining with the fun of the game to practice, the teacher make the students eliminate Chinese learning difficulties in emotion, accumulate the rich knowledge of Chinese and take full advantage of language skills.Based on the background of Tachileik Da Hua Fojing School Myanmar, we have investigated that the order of the institutions is seriously affected, because of the lack of teachers, students change schools and drop out or leave frequently, and a shortage of extracurricular time of learning Chinese. The monotonous teaching methods and lower culture of local teachers made the Chinese teaching much more boring. Meanwhile, different students’ personality and lower learning motivation lead to Chinese teaching is difficult to achieve the desired effect. The shortage of textbooks and content disorderly fault caused that the current situation cannot meet the needs of the present Chinese teaching.This chapter combined Game theory with classroom practice to research Chinese language teaching. First, Game Teaching methods being applied on Burmese Chinese teaching has obvious advantages for the disordered school teaching, students’own characteristics and motivation being not high, monotonous teaching methods and lower educational level and the problem of teaching materials. Second, the author further confirmed that Game Teaching methods in Foreign Teaching Chinese is feasible according to the recorded classroom lectures and classroom case. Third, the author determines the teaching content and objectives in the analysis of the students’own characteristics, and carries out the design and implementation on lesson plans based on classroom case study summary and the theory of motivation and interest supporting the theory. Fourth, by questionnaire and interviews analysis, we found students in classroom perform actively and enthusiastically, teachers recognized and used Game Teaching, the quality of after-school homework was improved and the number was increasing. And students’final grade period has increased significantly through questionnaires and interviews analysis, which indicating that Games Approach Myanmar has practical value in teaching Chinese.This chapter analyzed the characteristics of the students themselves, emphasized the role of teachers in the game teaching process and improved the quality of the game itself to promote the successful practice of the Game Teaching Method. Meanwhile, we should pay attention to the teachers’ own position during the game process, focus properly on and handle with the relationship between students to ensure order in the classroom and to complete the task of teaching. Author proposes to create a harmonious relationship between teachers and students, and develop game theory continuously, and strengthen the application of modern science and technology.
