| This study compiled the children’s separation anxiety questionnaire (parents report version) combined with the result of family upbringing style questionnaire. Explore the separability of different demographic variables of anxiety children’s performance and the way of family nurture of the status quo, and their interaction relations. Screen out the children who have separation anxiety,then use play therapy, through the intervention of play therapy to alleviate the curative effect of children’s separation anxiety symptoms.This study is based on the results of comprehensive literature analysis and open interview. Summed up the main performance of children’s separation anxiety. And the reliability and validity of the questionnaire were analyzed. The questionnaire is divided into four dimensions:physiological reaction, negative cognition, abnormal behavior and negative emotion. A total of 25 questions were used in this paper. Factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis showed that:The Cronbach a of each dimension and the total questionnaire are between 0.674-0.890.The goodness of fit for the questionnaire χ2/df=2.93; RMSEA=0.077; RFI is greater than 0.90. The above indicators show that the questionnaire has good reliability and validity.Use the children’s separation anxiety questionnaire (parents report version) and family upbringing style questionnaire, study on the students of Cherry Blossom bilingual kindergarten in Nanjing. The questionnaire survey found that:(1)a total of 25 children have obvious separation anxiety, the total number of occupied 14.620%. Children’s separation anxiety level in 3 years to reach its peak; live with parents,children’s separation anxiety is the lowest. (2) Father and mother are taking authoritative parenting styles, the children’s separation anxiety level is lowest. The higher degree of father’s authoritarian parenting, the children’s negative cognitive degree is higher.Through literature analysis, and according to the specific performance of children’s separation anxiety. The study developed a play therapy intervention program.The selected target children were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, each group of 7 people. The experimental group received play therapy intervention, control group without intervention, After two months use the test again. Results found:(1) In experimental group, children’s total scores and each dimension score of the separation anxiety questionnaire was significantly lower than before. (2) In control group, children’s score of all dimensions and the total score also declined,but only the difference of the total score reached a significant level.Children’s separation anxiety questionnaire consists of four factors, including physiological reaction, negative cognitive, abnormal behavior and negative emotion. The questionnaire has good reliability and validity. The play therapy can effectively relieve the children’s separation anxiety. |
