The emergence of positive psychology switches the purpose of education from the solution and treatment of the psychological problem and mental illness to producing positive psychological quality. The presentation of concept of psychological makes the concern more accurate, which means seeking positive psychology of the process of individual growth and development. This state can be embodied in the four dimensions: self-efficacy, toughness, hope and optimism. According to the research, whether one dimension of concrete or the whole psychology both of them can have a positive impact on the students'academic performance and health of body and mind. So the research and development of psychological capital has the vital significance. This study is based on the purpose of the high school students'psychological capital levels and group counseling intervention effect of high school students'psychological capital level. The measurement tool is the PPQ. On the basis of investigation and analysis, we formulate specific auxiliary intervention plan.60 people are recruited naturally to match the experimental group and control group. We provided counseling intervention to experimental group eight times, but didn't provide the control group anything. Finally, we discussed and analyzed the reasons for such changes. Here're the conclusions:(1) High school students have good psychological capital levels, the total average is higher than the theoretical value.(2) High school students psychology capital has no significant difference on the gender or grade, but has significant differences on whether it is the class cadre. The parents with different education levels have extremely remarkable influence on high school students'psychological capital level.(3) Group counseling intervention has significant correlation to the promotion for high school students'psychological capital. The effect is more obvious on the high school students with low level of psychological capital.
