JianShuiJinGuan was a checkpoint of ZhangYe county, which was built in Emperor Wudi of the Western Han Dynasty. There were many soldiers there for garrison and reclamation. The Han Dynasty Wooden Slips unearthed in JianShuiJinGuan are the daily practical documents, involving polity, economy, military, transportation, reclamation and personnel exchanges. This paper studies the 2066 pieces of wooden slips that belong to the book Han Dynasty Wooden Slips unearthed in JianShuiJinGuan(III). We arrange the character pattern, research the dates of slips and study the content and style of documents.This paper consists of the following sections.Firstly, we study the dates of slips. Based on the heavenly stems and earthly branches, the first day of the lunar month and the solar term, this paper attempted to study the dates and the historical period of slips. Then, we can correct the misinterpreted words.Secondly, we arrange and research the documents about register. On the basis of the content, this paper classifies the documents into eight categories, involving personnel, labor, entry and exit, money, grain, vehicles and horses, weapons and so on. We can study the style of the documents, analyse the measure words and explain the content according relevant literature.Thirdly, we arrange the word's tables about Han Dynasty Wooden Slips unearthed in JianShuiJinGuan. For comparison, the characters of chronological slips were separated from others.
