Culture industry is a sunrise industry in the new century, in the cultural industry, the art of animation, with its vivid characteristics and widely accepted by people, throughout the world the development of the animation, in which the Japanese anime is widely known in the world the establishment has the title of "cartoon kingdom", anime has deep into every aspect of life, Japanese at the same time, the Japanese anime in the external transmission is in a strong, especially in our country, the spread of Japanese anime almost occupied most of the animation market share in China, establish the absolute advantage.Although earlier than the Japanese anime development in our country, but in the 90 s after it stalled due to various reasons, though, but not true in the modern sense of the animation industry, after entering the 21st century, and as the country's emphasis on cultural industry, as part of the culture industry of animation industry also obtained fast development, again in 2011, the Chinese animation production more than 260000 minutes, is the world's animation production country.
