Information technology are developing rapidly in society,the emergence and popularity of equipment pushed the informatization to new heights,has changed our lives,it has broken the limitation of space time,reflects the strong interactivity,the public can be widely used,and embody individual characteristics.So it is produced many information platform,powerful,rich resources,use conveniently and high coverage,such as WeChat,Weibo,all kinds of classified information websites.Especially in the field of education,information platform are used as an assistant.The target of teaching Chinese as a foreign language is to cultivate the students'ability of communication,classroom teaching belongs to the traditional teaching,interaction is not very good,student's enthusiasm is not high,and it is difficult to find an effective way of learning Chinese out of the lesson,there are many problems to be solved.So in teaching Chinese as a foreign language,studying and spread of Chinese language,the use of modern science and technology has become the inevitable trend of Chinese as a foreign language,E-learning of Chinese as a foreign language should be on the agenda and promoted universally.Based on the theory of input and interaction and E-learning Chinese as a foreign language outside the class,this paper analyzes including the functions and characteristics of WeChat learning mode,MOOC learning mode,APP learning mode,advantages,superiorities and limitations in the using process.And it is based on one of WeChat function module-the public platform,with language points"?......?"as an example for the teaching design.The public platform is called A helper of Chinese learning,author is running it and release teaching resources,organize teaching activities by herself.According to the students' learning situation author analyze students'feedback.Lastly writer finds and summaries the problems existing in the Chinese E-learning of Chinese language,to put forward suggestions for the problems.
