Idiom is a common phrase that is summarized from peoples'long life practice.It is short in form and rich in meaning,and it is widely used in spoken language.Among them,the proportion of diet idioms in the whole idiom is not large,but the frequency of use is very high in real life.At the same time,idiomatic expressions are closely related to a country's culture.Although China and South Korea belong to the same cultural circle,because of the different geographical location and historical background,the way of thinking and values of the two countries are very different.Some idioms of the same meaning,but different forms of expression,cause difficulties to understanding.Therefore,in the process of second language acquisition,it is worth paying attention to diet idioms.This paper starts with the ontology research of Idioms and defines the concept and category of Chinese and Korean diet idioms.Then,it compares the Chinese diet idioms and Korean idioms with the verb object structure and the positive structure,and find out their similarities and differences.In the contrast of meaning,the paper compares Chinese and Korean idioms with the same meaning but different forms,and understands the different cultural customs and language expressions of the two countries.After that,the paper makes a summary of the types of errors in the acquisition of Chinese dietary idioms by Korean students,analyzes the causes of the errors,and puts forward some teaching countermeasures.It is hoped that the Korean students will be able to quickly acquire and proper use the diet idioms,and the teacher can find out more effective ways to teach the Chinese diet idioms.Through this study,not only can we understand the similarities and differences of Chinese and Korean diet idioms,enhance learning interests of the Korean students about learning Chinese idioms,but it can also increase the understanding of Chinese culture,and improve their intercultural communicative competence.On the whole,this study has a very high degree of innovation,and it is expected to provide useful help for Korean students to learn Chinese idioms and Chinese teachers' teaching.
