Chinese verb "zou" not only belongs to the basic vocabulary,but is also a polysemous word."Zou" is both diverse in meaning and flexible in usage,along with the strong ability to construct word.By analyzing the meaning and syntagmatic relation of Chinese verb "zou",this paper compares "zou+x" structure with Vietnamese "di+x" structure,and find out the similarities and differences between them.On this basis,the paper also designed a survey related to Chinese "zou+x"structure,investigated how Vietnamese students haven been studying and using it.By analyzing results of the survey,this paper found out the errors and causes of Vietnamese students during the aquisition of Chinese "zou+x",then base on which summed up the suitable teaching strategies.This paper is divided into six chapters.Chapter one deals with the introduction explaining the purpose and value of this research,summarizing the recent research status of Chinese "zou" and its combination "zou+x",accounts for the method of research,the basic theory of the research and the scope of the research.Chapter two till chapter five form the text part.Chapter two which consists of two parts investigates the contrast between Chinese "zou+x" structure and Vietnamese"di+x" structure.While the first part introduces the meaning and syntagmatic relation of Chinese "zou" and Vietnamese "di",and the same time investigates the construct and semantic function of "zou+x" and "di+x".The second part compare Chinese "zou+x" with Vietnamese "di+x",in order to find the similarities and differences between them.Chapter three is the self-conducted survey related to Vietnamese students'aquasition of Chinese "zou+x".The paper designed a survey to investigate how Vietnamese students haven been studying and using "zou+x" structure,then by analyzing the results,finds out what kind of errors occur during their aquasition of Chinese "zou+x".Chapter four,through the analyzing of the survey results,sums up and classifies the errors and causes of Vietnamese students' aquasition of "zou+x" structure.Chapter five deals with the teaching strategies of Chinese "zou+x".Based on the results of the survey,along with the summed up errors and causes,this paper suggests the suitable teaching strategies related to Vietnamese students'aquasition of "zou+x"structure,including the teaching strategies for Chinese teachers and the learning strategies for Vietnamese students.Chapter six is the conclusion part,through the observation and analysis of the above chapters,proposes the theoretical knowledge of this research,then at the end summed up the innovation of the research,reflect the present shortcomings as well as direction of future efforts.
