With the deepening of the international promotion of Chinese language,the problem of the shortage of Chinese teachers has become increasingly prominent.Therefore,the construction of Chinese language teachers is the key to the promotion of Chinese language.The students of Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language as the main object of training,they will go into the real mandarin class,in the training process,we should pay more attention to the teaching ability of intercultural communication to enhance the comprehensive quality of the curriculum,which directly reflects the ability of Chinese teachers,is an important guarantee for the quality of teaching.The paper aims to improve the Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language in Heilongjiang University master of professional courses,with their Chinese international education students as the research object,some colleges and universities in China MTCSOL as international Chinese teachers and volunteers returned still in term reading in the investigation on the students volunteer teachers,in the form of questionnaire for volunteer teachers according to the the teaching needs of Chinese international professional education courses setting opinion analysis,and through interviews to understand the needs of the extent and distribution of different courses.Based on the analysis of the questionnaire and interview results,found that the students in the basic knowledge of Chinese knowledge,teaching management,cross cultural communication,knowledge about language teachers are lack of quality in different degree,the author suggested that volunteer teachers are given,refer to the relevant materials provided part of university curriculum Chinese the comparative analysis of characteristics of setting training objectives of the students of Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language and curriculum,and puts forward some feasible suggestions from the curriculum,to open a new class,the proportion of the classification of foreign language teaching and the introduction of diversified microteaching perspective,so as to improve the setting of Chinese international education professional courses,but also for other colleges and universities curriculum the research provides some reference.
