Creation In The Flow Of Light And Shadow

Light is the source of all things,is the basis for human survival,because the light,the form of all things can be seen.Light is the condition,and body is the foundation..The shape,color,and texture of the object produce a variety of visual effects.In the field of public sculpture,with the development of science and technology,the discovery and application of new materials,decorative means are constantly developing and updating.Every corner of light appeared in life,because it is too familiar with the habit for us that sometimes we will ignore the important role they play in the design,but it is undeniable that in many public sculpture,unique aesthetic light as a design element in the design of space is shown by anything can not be replaced,in the design of light application scope is more and more widely,as the shadow in visual tools at the same time also gradually show its unique decorative function.In this paper the decorative role of light and shadow as a simple design means of work itself,to explore the characteristics of lighting and decorative role in public sculpture and in what form affects the look and feel and design works contained deep meaning.This article is divided into five chapters,the first chapter is the background and current situation of the field of light by means of research,the second chapter is an overview of public sculpture,and this article on the definition of a public sculpture,but also under the analysis of the meaning of decoration means.The third chapter is divided into two parts,the first is the analysis of the artistic characteristics of light and shadow,and in the light of the concrete and abstract form of the use of light and shadow in the classification of the two.The fourth chapter is the focus of this paper to illustrate and analysis of the chapter,from the light and shadow means in the use of public sculpture,the role of light and shadow decoration and public sculpture in the light and shadow reflected in the decorative features of the three aspects of the analysis.The fifth chapter is the author of the use of light and shadow of the design practice of the results and the final presentation of the expected results and introduction.The sixth chapter is a summary of the whole article.
