The Idea Of ??reforming The Teaching Management Script System Of College Music Colleges

Educational administration management is an important education work for universities both at home and abroad.It guarantees the normal teaching for universities,carries out the teaching plan and achieves the goal of personnel training.The level of educational administration management reflects the universities' schooling level to some extent;even it directly concerns the universities' survival,position and development.Educational administration management work has a strong scientific nature so that highly qualified educational administration management should both reflect the law of education and follow the routine of management.“With the reform deepening of university teaching,the connotation and pattern of educational administration management work have evolved gradually;the detailed content of work has refined day by day;the requirement becomes higher and higher.Under such circumstance,the information modernization of educational administration management has become an urgent demand for university teaching management”.As one of the distinctive departments,music departments have a huge difference from other polytechnic departments or liberal arts departments,for instance,one-to-one private teaching,small-class teaching,large-scale class teaching,art practice teaching and many other teaching modes with diversified majors.Teachers' teaching time for one-to-one private class is highly limited by public courses,small-class teaching,large-scale class teaching and art practice teaching.Basically,each teacher and each student have different class schedule and the exam types are varied.Based on the above limitations,music departments' educational administration management work is much more complicated compared with other departments,so it needs more information technical support than other departments.However,the educational administration management system is based on the need of most polytechnic departments and liberal arts departments,which is far from the educational administration management reality in music department.Therefore,in order to better conduct the educational administration management work,it is necessary to carry out the scripting system reform that suits the music department's educational characteristics.Now SWU is at the stage of testing the run of new educational management system.Comparing with the former system,the updated system is more scientific,more standardized and more humanized.However,viewing from the particularity of music department's educational administration management,we should make corresponding adjustments and improvements for the system's actual operation to adapt the feature of music department teaching management from the following aspects: teaching plan,course scheduling,exam affair,score and graduate management.
