This study is to the United States " Studies in Art Education "(hereinafter referred to as: Studies)journal nearly a decade of column section and the article carries on the analysis and research,into the statistical sample of scholarly articles including Articles,Commentaries,Editorials,Book Reviews,and the Media Views,a total of 336 articles.Studies by the American art education association(NAEA)was founded in 1959,as a journal for art education in art education field and provides the professional research and issues and critical discourse.Studies at the core of the theory of art education research important journals,their research involves the interests of the people,the definition of art,pay attention to the relatively new art education project funding and support,continue to lead the development of American art education theory and the research trend in.From 2004 to 2014 for nearly 10 years,Studies published on art education and visual culture,social culture,science and technology and other related articles accounted for more than half of the total,and from the perspective of a nearly a decade Studies published article also put forward a lot of controversy about the current art education.On the one hand,some art educators in the article puts forward the ecology and environment,multiculturalism,popular culture,and social issues into the art course,be considered radical art education,whose common goal is to expand and deepen the theoretical research and practice of art education closer together;Art education,on the other hand,has entered the post-modern,multicultural era,on the basic issues of contemporary art education theory,their attitude and position is different,therefore puts forward the new method of art education,and deeply discuss the art education should emphasize the cultural main body and identity issues.In Studies journal study,emphasis on comprehensive and diverse art education model,including visual art knowledge study,the content of the image,image,the production,the history,criticism and aesthetics,etc.,also includes multiple disciplines of crossover and integration,discuss the connection with other domain knowledge and art interdisciplinary study the practice of research.On research methods,first of all,according to the "research subject" in the statistics to classify the theme of the research of the decade,and frequency statistics,in the research topics,such as Studies2005-2007,the three years of the spring issue,published 140 articles involving research topics include art education and that of child development,ecological connection(special issue),museum education,gender,social justice,community education,visual culture,aesthetic,historical figures,course teaching and the development and promotion,calligraphic art,studio skills and comprehensive learning research.Second,will be the theme of the article,according to the scope of art education research and field is divided into ten areas,namely the paper sums up the main problems,the ten aspects of the visual culture,society and culture,the public resources,the teaching of art,art policy,science and technology,creation and theory,education theory,aesthetics,and other.Finally,according to every each time the main problem of changing frequency examines the contemporary art education in recent ten years research hot spot in the field of change to main problem and the research trend of the development of the trend.From nearly a decade American art education research journal article experience,inspiration of art education in our country should attach importance to art,the convergence between the uniqueness of connection should also be looking at art and other fields.In addition,the development trend of American art education for our country developing art core literacy has some inspiration role.The fine arts education can effectively promote students' learning ability,critical objective understanding of the social life,respect for cultural diversity and local culture,identity,in the domestic art education teaching has certain popularization significance.
