With the spreading of “Chinese Fever”in the world,the number of Chinese learners has been increasing rapidly.Due to the lack of Chinese teacher and the need of teacher's quality improving,the master's degree of TCSOL had been set in 2007.It aims to train skilled people in teaching Chinese as a second language skills and good ability of cross-cultural communication,to adapt to the international promotion of Chinese language,high-level,applied and compound talents for a variety of teaching tasks.Until now,the degree has been established for nine years,and trained a large number of high-quality Chinese master of international education graduates,however,the lack and quality problems of international Chinese teachers still exist.There are many reasons leading to this situation,especially,the students' attitude across their major and career options,and also their professional identity and employment prospects.To solve this problem,this thesis will make questionnaires to survey students' professional perspective and cognition about their major,and also make interviews to students who respectively have graduated from one to three years,engaged in the major-related and nonmajor-related work field.And then separately from the students selfcognition,personal interest,career values,emotional disorders and professional recognition,these five aspects to see the factors and reasons that influencing students' career options.Finally puts forward countermeasures and methods to alleviate this problem.
