Writing the Chinese character is a major obstacle for students to learn Chinese, therefore, Chinese characters teaching is the weakness part in teaching of Chinese as a Foreign Language. How to improve the students to write Chinese characters in the right way and use them correctly has become one of the hotspots in the researching of teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language. Based on the studying of the usual homework of the foreign students and their Chinese characters" writing errors in the examinations, this paper divided the common bias into types and studied its causes and also gave teaching advices accordingly for helping the foreign students to enhance their capability to study Chinese characters, eventually supplied some ideas in analysis of the Chinese characters teaching as second language.
