With the deepening of financial reform,the financial industry is becoming increasingly competitive.Employees as the main body of production activities,productivity is the most active,play a decisive role in the elements.But the financial industry also has the enthusiasm of the existing staff is not high,creativity can not effectively play,the high rate of staff turnover.In the face of this situation,how to fully and fully exploit all the potential resources of financial enterprises,especially the most obscure but the most powerful cultural resources,become an important proposition of the survival and development of contemporary financial enterprises.As an important financial enterprise in southwest China,Bank of Chongqing attaches great importance to the construction of enterprise culture and serves as the core force of competition with other financial enterprises.In recent years,many studies have shown that the degree of corporate culture recognition has an impact on the positive behavior of employees,but most of the research focused on theoretical research,empirical evidence based on less.Based on the literature review and combing of corporate culture identity and positive organization behavior,this paper argues that corporate culture identity is an emotional attribution state that employees consciously accept enterprise's values and business philosophy and transform them into their own concepts,And strive to work in the attitude and behavior and business requirements consistent with the process.There are three dimensions of corporate culture,namely: organizational culture cognition,organizational culture emotion,organizational culture behavior;Positive organizational behavior is the voluntary behavior of employees who voluntarily and proactively pay their own creativity and enthusiasm,and then improve the performance of individual and organizational performance,There are four dimensions,namely: innovation behavior,interpersonal behavior,investment behavior and active behavior.On this basis,this study constructs the research model of corporate culture identity and positive organization behavior,and puts forward the research hypothesis.Through the questionnaire survey of Chongqing Municipality's Chongqing branch staff,260 valid questionnaires were collected,The statistical analysis software SPSS17.0 was used to analyze the samples,single factor analysis of variance,correlation analysis and regression analysis,This paper discusses the influence of corporate culture identity on the positive behavior of the organization and the differences of the employees with different individual characteristics in corporate culture identity and positive organization behavior.The results are as follows: 1.From the overall point of view,corporate culture identity positive impact of positive organizational behavior.2.There are significant positive effects on the dimensions of positive organizational behavior in the corporate culture,and there is a significant positive impact on the dimensions of the positive behavior,interpersonal behavior and active behavior dimension.There is no significant impact.3.Different individual characteristics of the staff in the corporate culture of identity and positive organizational behavior there are some differences.
