At present,the teaching of foreign students is mainly based on classroom teaching,but a variety of classroom behavior problems interfere with normal teaching activities,hindering the effectiveness of classroom teaching.Shaanxi Normal University Affairs Office of the State Council commissioned in 2012,taking the Dungans overseas students scholarship program,training in the Dungans young students.For overseas students training class education students,students' learning habits good classroom behavior of students will be formed in the early stage after the stage of undergraduate education to play a regulatory role,and the habit of good classroom behaviour can also improve students' classroom learning efficiency.For improving classroom management and improve the effect of classroom teaching,through classroom observation and interviews of Shaanxi Normal University the Dungans foreign students classroom management carried out a detailed investigation.The author through the acquisition of classroom problem behavior of students,and the selection and classification,and then causes and potential inducing factors analysis of problem behavior,and then put forward to classroom management strategies on the basis of the analysis of Chinese primary the Dungans students in China,in order to improve the Dungans students classroom disorder,student management difficult.The main content of classroom management from the three aspects of Chinese primary the Dungans students in Shaanxi Normal University foreign students of elementary Chinese learners make elaborate,which is classroom teaching environment,teachers and students.Classroom teaching environment is divided into physical environment and psychological environment,including physical environment with hardware teaching facilities,the psychological environment in classroom atmosphere,both the auxiliary role in teaching and management.Students act as producers of classroom behavior and are therefore producers of classroom problem behaviors.Teachers as a preacher and managers,but also the classroom problem behavior intervention.Therefore,teachers' teaching skills,their own qualities,management strategies,students' personal needs,learning attitudes and goals,self-management and many other factors together form the main content of classroom management.This paper is divided into four parts,the first part is the introduction,introduces the research object of this paper,the classroom management of Chinese primary the Dungans students in Shaanxi Normal University.Describing the Shaanxi Normal University the Dungans students enrollment is stable,the stability of the class.And finally,it explains the methods of data collection and thesis research,namely,classroom observation and after-school interview.The second part is the classroom behavior problems of Chinese primary the Dungans students in China.The author selected classroom observation records and interviews to screen out frequent and influential classroom problem behaviors,and divided them into three categories:mild problem behaviors,moderate problem behaviors and serious problem behaviors.According to the analysis of the above three types of problem behaviors,behavior problems of Chinese primary the Dungans students in Shaanxi Normal University shows typical concentration and phase three characteristics.The third part is the inducing factors of classroom problem behavior.This part analyzes the causes and potential threat factors of students' classroom problem behaviors from three aspects:classroom environment,teachers and students.The fourth part is classroom management strategies of Chinese primary the Dungans students in China.Teachers from the classroom environment,and puts forward relative reasonable and practical classroom management strategies of students in three areas,in order to provide reference for Chinese primary the Dungans students in China classroom management day after.
