Education is the cornerstone and context of the development of human society.Music education is an important part of education,not only inherits the playing skills and music,also charged with political indoctrination,social ethics,personality education as an important role,is the ancient education center.Especially in the early China,music education has a very rich connotation,the ideological content determines the development of music education in ancient Chinese direction,have a profound impact on the long-term development of Chinese history of music education,but also laid the ideological and theoretical foundation for the development of the music education.Unfortunately,Chinese throughout the contemporary music education research,most researchers focus on 1840 after the Opium War,and for the study of ancient music educational thought Chinese,form,content and form are mostly focus on music education,specialized research on the thought of music education is relatively small.Indirectly led to the contemporary Chinese school music education is facing an embarrassing situation of the loss of traditional music culture.The thought of ancient music education is a treasure house of history,which can not only make up for the blank of theory,but also carry forward the inheritance of the times.This study is to explore the connotation of the ancient Chinese music education and understanding of its connotation,and its impact on the full discussion,and strive to explore a new path for the development of Chinese music education.This paper discusses the thought of music education in ancient China from three aspects.The first part discusses the origin of the ancient Chinese music education.The source from the music back,to explore the causes and sprout of music education.Conclusion:the origin of the 1 China ancient music education thought on life and labor and society are closely related,is the crystallization of the wisdom from the historical process of people gradually change from "music education nature" to "socialization" in music education.2 the exploration of the origin of the music education thought should be based on the original understanding of the music ontology,and the full understanding of the music ontology is the basic factor of the formation of the ancient Chinese music education thought.3 music can reflect one of the passions,but also can reflect a society of the times and people's living conditions.The second part is the ancient Chinese ancient music education thought connotation.Then through the analysis of the historical literature,the author tries to find the main connotation of music education thought in ancient times.By comparing the similarities and differences between different schools of music education,the paper analyzes the different effects of different classes,positions,and theoretical basis on the musical education thought.Through the study of the dialectical relationship between the ancient "Li" and "Yue",this paper analyzes the role of music education in the long-term stable and harmonious development of Chinese ancient society.The third part is to reveal the role of ancient Chinese music education thought.Through the analysis of the influence of music education in the special historical period of the transition from slave society to feudal society,this paper explores the characteristics and functions of Chinese ancient music education.And then draw the following conclusions:1 from the music education through the "humanism" and"music" combination of music education thoughts,to educate people,make people and masamichi.2 from the influence of the social environment,the music education will react to the society.3 in music education is the most direct object,"harmony between man and nature" is the connotation of music education,fully embodies the role of music education in the education of personality.
