As an important part of Asia, the Korean Peninsula has close ties with China. In the Tang and Song dynasties, the two sides sent envoys to learn from each other. In the Ming Dynasty,Korea became a vassal state and regularly came to Beijing every year to see the emperor of the Ming Dynasty. After the establishment of the Qing Dynasty,Korea became the vassal state of the Qing Dynasty.North Korea needs to send envoys to the Qing Dynasty regularly to pay tribute.Envoys, including envoys, deputies, pleadings, and entourage, become missions.Members of the mission record on paper what they saw on their way and arrived in the Qing Dynasty.Over time, these records were compiled into the Yan's Book. The Qing Dynasty and members of the Korean Mission could not pass through Oral communication, but can be written by pen and paper. From the perspective of the Qing Dynasty, this paper studies the pen talks between the Qing people and the members of the Korean Mission in Yan Xing Lu,discusses the causes of the pen talks, and arranges the objects and main contents of the pen talks. The written talks promoted the exchanges between the Qing Dynasty and the DPRK,at the same time made the members of the Korean Mission see the true situation of the Qing Dynasty, gradually changed the attitude of the DPRK towards the Qing Dynasty, and the relations between the two sides developed in a friendly direction.
