Every year,the National Office of Han Dynasty sends some volunteers of Chinese teachers to foreign countries,of which Thailand is the country with the largest number of teachers.Chinese teacher volunteers will mention the difficulty of Thai students' classroom management at the annual teaching experience exchange meeting.They try to change the current situation of Thai students' laziness in Chinese class,but the ultimate effect is not good.Because Thai native Chinese teachers and Chinese native Chinese teachers need to spend a lot of time in classroom management due to the problem of language communication,but they can not achieve the expected effect of classroom atmosphere,so the study of Chinese classroom management behavior in Thai Chinese School is an urgent need.However,there are few studies on the management mode of Thai Chinese schools and the classroom management behavior of Chinese teachers.For the above reasons,the author first chooses Bangkok Pei Chi Public School as the research object.Secondly,this paper studies the current situation and problems of Chinese teachers' classroom management behavior in Thai Chinese School by literature review,teacher classroom case analysis,questionnaire survey and interview.Thirdly,the characteristics,problems and influencing factors of Chinese teachers' classroom management behavior in Thai Chinese School are analyzed.Finally,the corresponding countermeasures are given.To provide reference for the effective classroom management of teaching Chinese as a foreign language in the future,and strive to improve the classroom management ability and teaching level of n ative Chinese teachers in China and Thailand,so as to avoid the mistake of teaching methods in the classroom to dissipate foreign students' interest in learning Chinese.Improve the quality of teaching Chinese as a foreign language,ensure the steady development of Chinese teaching in Thailand,and guide more teachers of Chinese as a foreign language to pay attention to the classroom management behavior of Chinese teaching in Thailand,so as to further explore and improve.In this paper,the research on Thai Chinese classroom management behavior is carried out,and questionnaires are conducted for teachers and students of Chinese language schools.However,with the change of teaching objectives,teaching objects and teaching themes,the data surveyed by papers will also change in effect.Through the study of this paper,I hope to be able to put forward strategies for the management of Chinese teaching,and to bring some reference for the development of Chinese international education.
