Practical Report On English-Chinese Translation Of Educational Works "The Flipped College Classroom?Chapters 2,3?"

This thesis is based on the translation of the Pedagogical work The Flipped College Classroom,which gives a comprehensive introduction and analysis of the essence of the flipped classroom.The translation of this text contributes to both a full comprenhension of western pedagogy by domestic colleges and the development of flipped classroom in China.The first chapter describes relevant information of the original text and the aim and significance of this translation practice.The second chapter introduces the preparations prior to the translation practice.The third chapter describes the process and the proofread of the translation practice.And in the fourth chapter,the major part of this translation report,the translator concludes some experience in lexical translation and sentence spliting and restructuring from the perspective of comparison between English and Chinese.The fifth chapter concludes the experience drawn form this translation practice.The report is aimed at demonstrating similarities among translation of such Pedagogical work,thus providing experience for translating Pedagogical work.
