| As Chinese belongs to the Sino-Tibetan languages and English belongs to the Indo-European languages,there must be linguistic disparities.An obvious obstacle in English-Chinese translation is the sentence structure difference between the two languages.During EST Translation,if translators are translating English to Chinese without any idea of sentence reconstruction,they will fail to deliver the original meaning to the fullest extent.Worst of all,they distort the meaning,which doesn't make any sense.So study on the effective sentence reconstruction strategy has great meaning.This paper takes the translation of Natural Circulation Phenomena and Modeling For Advanced Water Cooled Reactors as practice basis and variation theory as theory foundation to conclude three strategies:straightening,adjusting and simplifying,hoping to provide reference to solving sentence reconstruction problem. |
