Social rejection will threaten the individual's physical and mental health, which in turn leads to individual aggressive behavior. How to alleviate the social rejection of the impact of aggressive behavior has become an urgent problem to be solved, previous studies have shown that individual regulation of negative incentive is often difficult, not only need to consume a lot of cognitive and inhibition of resource storage, and the existence of realistic conditions. The preliminary psychological preparation of potential negative events can weaken the negative impact of negative events on the organisms and effectively improve people's ability to respond to such events so as to better adapt to changes in the environment. Therefore, this article through three experiments to comprehensively assess the expected efficiency of the adjustment strategy and advantages.Experiment 1 Based on the previous studies,it is verified whether the psychological expectation can mitigate the aggression caused by social refusal. As a result,it is found that the individual has the least noise attack under the expected conditions.According to the consensus theory, negative stimuli that do not fit the expectation result in a strong negative experience for the individual,so Experiment 2examines whether the expected consistency with the outcome of the event has a different effect.Behavioral results show that under the condition of rejection, the level of aggression under the negative expectation is significantly lower than the positive expectation and the no-expectancy,which indicates that if the individual has a consistent negative psychological expectation on the social rejection, the attack level will be weakened.ERP indicators, whether positive or negative expected to induce more negative FRN,indicating that even if the passive psychological expectations of the individual is still eager to accept the fear of being rejected,it is expected to increase the individual refused to Psychological reaction level.Although the behavioral results of the above two experiments validate the negative effect of negative psychological expectation on social refusal to trigger aggressive behavior, the results of ERP indicate that the expected prompt may increase the individual's level of response to refusal feedback.Other studies show that excessive negative Expected to cause negative emotions in the individual. Therefore,Experiment Three aims to explore whether there is a difference in the degree of negative expectation on the mitigating effect of social refusal to trigger. The results show that the negative expectation of transition is not conducive to individual inhibition of aggression.
