The Impact Of Psychological Resilience On Career Expectations Of Female Adolescent And Management

A growing number of women participate in social work since the reform and opening up.Female occupational selection has drawn a widely public attention,especially female adolescents' occupational selection.Meanwhile it puts forward new demands for the development direction of vocational education and employment guidance.This study is based on the domestic and foreign research on psychological resilience,career expectations and social support,explores the influence of psychological resilience on career expectation from the perspective of female adolescent career and the role of social support.This study is aimed at providing reference for the career development direction of female adolescents,as well as providing empirical evidences for the psychological guidance of female adolescents.The research uses questionnaire survey,taking secondary vocational school students as participants to verify the effect of psychological resilience on career expectation of female adolescents.Moreover,this study further analyzed the possible promoting strategies in the career development.The conclusions are as follows:First,Career expectations of female adolescents are at the moderate level.From the general characteristics,the career expectations each dimension scores of female teenagers from high to low in turn is self development,outside-value,prestige-status,illustrates the female adolescents more emphasis on fair competition in the process of job hunting,and the stable rise space is more important relative to prestige-status.Second,There are significant differences in career expectations among female adolescents in grade,professional prospects,part-time internship experience.Third,there was a significant positive correlation between the psychological resilience,social support and career expectations and all dimensions of female adolescents.Social support plays an intermediary role in predicting three dimensions of total score of career expectations,status factors,self development and external value in psychological resilience.Forth,it's important to integrate the influence from personal,school and society,and carried out best strategy to prompt the career development of female adolescents.This study shows that mental resilience and social support are both important factors for female adolescent career expectations.Improving the mental resilience and social support of female adolescents are important ways to improve their career expectations.
