Fairness is a subjective judgment on the basis of objective facts, and then produces a fair and emotional experience. In the area of behavior decision-making,researchers use social surveys to study people's fair judgment and confirm that people depend on the reference object in the process of fair judgment.People's fair judgments will depend on the change of relative reference point. The social distance from the reference object also affects the judgment of fairness.A lot of fairness research use company employees as the research object, few studies take college students as the research object. No study examines the impact of fair sensitivities, relationships and distributional outcomes on college students' sense of fairness. The effect of fair sensitivity on the sense of fairness under different fair circumstances has not been investigated physiologically.Hence, the study is based on the existing problems of fairness research,to improve and carry out the corresponding research from the following aspects: Taking the college students as the research object.Examining the impact of fair sensitivities, relationships and distributional outcomes on college students' sense of fairness. In order to achieve the above objectives, this study carried out the following two empirical studies.Experiment 1,examining the impact of fair sensitivities, relationships and distributional outcomes on college students' sense of fairness. The results show that, when the distribution results are equal, college students have the highest sense of fairness. The sense of fairness when you earn more than others is significantly higher than the fairness you feel when you earn less than others. When the relationship is close, college students have the highest sense of fairness, significantly higher than the relationship between general and unfamiliar sense of fairness. When the relationship with others is intimate, and my distribution results are less than others, the fairness scores of college students with high fairness sensitivity are significantly lower than the scores of college students with low fairness sensitivity. There was no significant difference between the two groups when the distribution was equal,or when I have more money than others. When the relationship with others is intimate, and my distribution results are less than others, the fairness scores of college students with high fairness sensitivity are significantly higher than the scores of common or unfamiliar relations. When the relationship with others is intimate, and my distribution results are more than others, the fairness scores of college students with high fairness sensitivity are like:unfamiliar > general> close relationship. When my distribution results are less than others, the fairness scores of college students with low fairness sensitivity are like:close> general>unfamiliar relationship.Experiment 2,experiments use a biofeedback instrument to examine the physiological response caused by the fairness of sensitivity, the relationship and the distribution of the results of the specific fair circumstances. On skin electricity, the main effects of fair sensitivity, relationships and distribution are significant. On skin temperature, the main effect of relationships is significant.the interaction between fair sensitivity and relationship is significant. At the physiological level, the results show that students with different fair sensitivities also have different physiological indicators in different situations of fairness.
