Research On The Allocation Of Rural Public Resources From The Perspective Of Social Quality

Public resources are the common wealth of members of society, and it related to the realization of civil rights. Since the founding, public resource allocation system configuration tendencies "city-led" cause a lot of financial resources, knowledge, technology and other public resources to urban concentration in the urban and rural dual system.
