Research On The Optimal Allocation Of Resources In Rural Governance

In China,rural governance has always been a matter of great concern and far-reaching influence.With the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the Fourth Plenary Session of the 19 th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China,as the implementation of the strategy of Rural Revitalization and the promotion of national governance,rural governance faces unprecedented opportunities and challenges.This paper holds that resource allocation is an important part of rural governance.To realize the optimal allocation of resources in rural governance is helpful to solve the problems of rural governance,to promote social harmony and stability,and to promote the well-being of the people.This paper takes "Research on the optimal allocation of resources in rural governance:A case study of B town in A city" as the title of the paper,with three purposes: first,to conform to the development trend of the times,combine what we have learned and think,and implement the decision-making and deployment of the central government and the state on the implementation of Rural Revitalization Strategy and the promotion of national governance with practical actions.Second,based on practice,we should dig and analyze the problem of resource allocation imbalance and unscientific in rural governance,and put forward some suggestions with pertinence and reference value.The third is to explore innovation,to explore and analyze some common ideas and practices in rural governance from a different perspective,in order to provide useful reference for the main body of rural governance to better carry out rural governance.This paper adheres to the idea of combining theory with practice,guiding practice with theory,combining literature analysis method,case analysis method,comparative research method and other analysis methods to conduct in-depth research on the current situation,existing problems and causes of resource allocation in rural governance of B town in A city.Through empirical research,this paper believes that there are some problems in the allocation of Rural Governance Resources in B town of a city,such as the fairness of allocation,the passivity of villages and towns,the dominant position of farmers,and the way of resource allocation.This paper suggests that we should be guided by the major decision-making and deployment of the party and the state,supported by the research results of rural governance at home and abroad,and based on the reality of B town in A city,strengthen the top-level design of rural governance,strengthen the authority of resource allocation system,clarify the role of resource allocation government,awaken the consciousness of the masses,promote the fairness and justice of resource allocation,excavate and supplement the local beneficial resources,and be scientific and reasonable Arrange the project to enter the village and other aspects to strengthen the improvement,and strive to promote the innovation of rural governance in B town of A city.
