There has been a long history of the relationship between China and Korea, formed a mainstream of peace. But the relationship was unharmonious because of wars in the early time. After two wars of conquest against Korea, the Grant and Tribute Relationship had been formed between China and Korea in the Qing Dynasty. But the relationship wasn't stable in the early period, because of mutual suspicions and distrust. After the army occupied the territory, Qing Dynasty emperors implemented conciliatory policy, so the relationship between Qing Dynasty and Korea was becoming typical gradually. Korea changed attitude to Qing Dynasty, during the reigns of the Kangxi Emperor to Qianlong Emperor, and then the special subordinate relations between China and Korea reached the top. The period of Yongzheng was brief but quite important as a historic part that connected the past and future, improving the relation between China and Korea. This article starts with the background of Tributary Relationship, based on a number of historical facts, studying on the development and characteristics of the relationship between China- Korea in the period of Yongzheng. Therefore, this article systematically discussed it as an overall study with four parts.The first chapter is the relation between Qing Dynasty and Korea before Yongzheng took the throne. It includes three parts: the final establishment of the relation, Kangxi emperor established policies toward Korea, the Korean opinions about Qing Dynasty and its foreign policy.The second chapter is about the foreign policy to Korea during the reign of Yongzheng Emperor. Firstly, we introduce the Huayi Concept and the opinion about Korea of him. Secondly, various concrete measures about politics, economy, border negotiations, were enumerated, such as giving more and Getting less, lenient towards Korea. Then we discuss the foreign policies to Korea in the period of Yongzheng Emperor, taking these measures as the key.The third chapter summarizes the concept about China of Korea in the period of Yongzheng Emperor. These two behaviors, which were revering the Ming and honoring the Qing, developed in parallel. So the Li Dynasty of Korea treated it more rationally and practically.The fourth chapter discusses the position and function of Yongzheng in the development process, which are the Grant and Tribute Relationship between China and Korea in the Qing Dynasty. According to part two and part three, the author draw a conclusion that the period of Yongzheng is a historic part that connects the past and future, so there is an exploration about the foreign policy to Korea in the period of Yongzheng and its influence in “Kang Qian Flourshing Age”.
