This paper sorting through the analysis, and I went to the aid of Taiwan to exchange learning experiences, based on the educational system of Taiwan citizens as described, the main impact of neo-liberal ethos to Taiwan Citizenship Education System. In 1960 s, humanism Trend has swept Taiwan, and now the new liberalism sweeping the globe, the impact on Taiwan of China should not be underestimated. New aspects of liberalism for Taiwan's political, educational and other influence can be described as wide, and Taiwan in terms of civic education reform and other measures also bears its impact. In today's era of the background, it is necessary that we start from the existing areas of development, into the public education system in Taiwan, looking silk thread contact with the wider impact of Western social thought between. Taiwan and the mainland clan same vein, the history of China is an inalienable sacred territory, but of civic education in Taiwan is the emergence and development in the continent different politica l systems, legal systems, ideologies conditions, it highlight s the different characteristics.As a result of civic education in Taiwan, mainly through school civic education learning to proceed, school civic education is the main way to discuss and explore civic education in Taiwan in this paper. By comparison and analysis of relevant materials syllabus, curriculum standards data at different points in time to amend the promulgation and adjustment, it is clear that the neo-liberal ethos to Taiwan civic education in school textbooks choreography discipline related courses, civic education curriculum system implementation and dissemination of culture and thought and so have a certain impact, along with the corresponding adjustment textbook layout and direction of change proposed "citizens" Section Teaching objectives clearly shows the impact of neoliberal posture thereof. During the "citizens" of curriculum implementation, the new liberalism advocated by mainstream thinking which also highlights the cultural values of Taiwan campus there are many tendentious fluctuations. Especially in autonomy, external funding and tuition, as well as the expansion of the global competitiveness of universities, institutional aspects, reform the education system in Taiwan citizens affected by neoliberal ideology and market economy is obvious. After the impact of integration, this paper analyzes the data and determines the neoliberal continue to play its role and influence in the future of Taiwan civic education in schools. Mentioned similarities and differences of the two sides at the civic education, thereby hoping to give the development of the mainland civic education in schools to bring some enlightenment and learn from, and to review and ponder Taiwan civic education under t he influence of the new liberalism in the background development, analysis of the nature and content of civic education requirements, from individuals, teachers and schools factors in the future development of civic education in schools and trends may consider adjustment. Due to Taiwan by the influence of Chinese Confucianism, there are very different cultural ideology preached by the United States and other Western countries, the Western neo-liberal social trend of thought advocates the supremacy of individualism and other Chinese traditional culture and ideology contrary to the neo-liberal and traditional ethics morality randomly generated hedging. Civic education is to cultivate modern citizens the most direct and effective ways and means, so in the school process their citizens in education, should coordinate the pros and cons point, the nature of civic education as the goal of training, in conform to social development, attention to the impact of social thought of forces while strengthen our faith, not be affected by the adverse aspects of social thought, brought fully mobilize social thoughts good role in promoting a positive attitude to help the development of civic education.
