Research On Returning Farmland To Forest In Wuqi County, Shaanxi Province From The Perspective Of Partial Correlation Analysis

Returning farmland to forest is a major project in China implemented in 1990 s to protect the ecology and promote sustainable development of the economy. The project since the implementation, in general on the development of rural economy play a positive role in promoting, change the original land use patterns, provides the opportunity for rural development in a wide range of business and promote the transformation of the rural economy. But due to around in the implementation process of returning farmland to forests, because of system and mechanism of lag or imperfect, resulting in the damage to the interests of farmers, and therefore cause farmers operating risk, low income, forestry economic benefits play insufficient, returning farmland to forests and lack of performance, the contradiction between ecological protection and rural family development gradually highlights are likely to intensify further endanger existing farmland consolidation of the achievements and so on a series of problems.
