Ronald Dkin is a famous scholar of contemporary philosophy American, is also one of the representatives of contemporary liberalism. Its rights and justice ideas are complex and huge, both from the understanding of the legal level, but also from the perspective of philosophy of justice. The core value of the theory is to protect the rights and the pursuit of equality. Dworkin’s right and justice thought has inherited the traditional liberal right viewpoint, and put forward his own views and understanding on this basis. We can also understand that Dworkin’s right thoughts have three meanings: the starting point is freedom, the means is the right, the key is equality. In his discourse, human dignity, why not be infringed, the laws and regulations of the state the reason should be to set up and perform around protecting human dignity, because human life is human nature together "miracle".
