Ruling the country by law is to uphold and essential requirements of the development of Chinese characteristic socialism and an important guarantee,is to achieve modernization of national governance systems and governance capacity of inevitable requirement is related to our party in governing and rejuvenating the country,is related to people's well-being,is related to the party and national long-term stability.The prison is a national penalty execution organ,which is responsible for maintaining the social stability.As a part of judicial justice and strict justice,has an indispensable role.Prison police as a prison worker,shouldering to ensure the security and stability of the prison,improve the important responsibility of the quality of education reform,in recent years,with the deepening of China's reform of the personnel system,a lot of young talents continuously transported to the prison system,the prison to the civilian police team brought infinite vitality.But we also clearly know,the young police still have many questions,so they are not adapt to the situation.For now,the people have less attention to the prison,academic research on police team management mostly in young male police,and tend to ignore the young female police team ability construction.So the writer regard Shanghai's A prison as the research background,and selected part of young female police who under the age of 35 as the research object.Then take the team ability construction as the research content,respectively by the method of literature study,interview and questionnaire survey method,using humanistic management theory,incentive theory and equity theory to analyze.Through the analysis and research.In this paper,the brain drain rate is high,the slow pace of professional construction,lack of team cohesion and cadres Reserve Forces Reserve is insufficient,business ability needs to be improved of the ranks of youth female guards,and in the light of the existing problems to explore the reasons for the proposed some feasible suggestions and countermeasures,in order to improve the young police force construction,maintenance and safety supervision stable.
