Social insurance is a basic guarantee system in our country,which promotes the social harmony and promotes the society to move forward.Social insurance directly to the public service,and directly related to the vital interests of each citizen,has always been a hot topic of concern to the people.With the introduction of the social insurance law,the social insurance coverage continues to expand;the traditional social insurance management model is facing severe challenges.Improve the ability of social insurance management,especially to enhance the township;community level grassroots social security handling capacity has become a priority.Community affairs handling center close to the common people,its handling capacity directly affects the public's evaluation of social security agencies.To understand the public's satisfaction with the social security agencies to find the deficiencies,improve the social security agency service level is of great significance.The reviewed on the basis of customer satisfaction both at home and abroad research status,from the aspects of theory analysis the satisfaction theory model related concepts and evaluation system construction,and American customer satisfaction index model based construction of the community social security public service satisfaction evaluation model.The model consists of six potential variables,which are public expectation,perceived quality,perceived value,public satisfaction,public complaints and public loyalty,and the interaction of each variable affects public satisfaction.Using the Analytic Hierarchy Process,the system of public satisfaction index is established on the basis of the model.The system is divided into3 levels,11 dimensions and 18 specific indicators.Then use Delphi method to establish judgment matrix,and get the index weight of the 11 dimensions.According to the community social security service public satisfaction evaluation system,I design the questionnaire,18 community affairs handling center of the Chongming Shanghai County to carry out field survey.Finally,using the Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation,the comprehensive evaluation of public satisfaction score is 3.077 points.In general,the public satisfaction evaluation of community social security service is generally.The results show that the public is expected to be higher in the community social security service,but the actual perceived service has a big gap with the expectations.Analysis of questionnaire results community social security business in policy advocacy,service efficiency,the staff professional level and service attitude have many deficiencies.Thus in this paper to establish the correct working objectives and principles,to strengthen the construction of information,establish assessment and training mechanism,the innovation service pattern and so on seven aspects put forward the corresponding countermeasures.
