Research On The Residents Satisfaction Of Community Public Services In H Street Of Huangshi City

In recent years,with the rapid development of China's economy and society and the continuous improvement of citizen awareness,residents have put forward higher and higher requirements for the quality of community public service.Residents' satisfaction is the most direct evaluation of community public service,which reflects the real needs of residents.Taking residents' satisfaction as the evaluation orientation,it is of great significance to find the deficiencies in community public services and provide reference for further improving the community public service level,which is of great significance for accelerating community development and maintaining social harmony and stability.The framework structure and main contents of this paper are as follows:chapter one elaborates the research background,purpose and significance of this paper,summarizes and analyzes the research status at home and abroad,selects research methods,and clarifies the innovation points and shortcomings of this paper.The second chapter clarifies related concepts and elaborates the theoretical basis of satisfaction research.Chapter 3 introduces the background of empirical analysis.Relevant variables are selected and the relationship between variables is assumed.An index model of community public service residents' satisfaction is constructed.In chapter four,the current situation of residents' satisfaction with community public service in H street of huangshi city is obtained and the reasons are analyzed.Chapter five puts forward the countermeasures and Suggestions to improve the satisfaction of public service residents in H street community of huangshi city.The innovation intention of this paper is as follows:on the basis of the classic customer satisfaction index model established by predecessors,this paper proposes the community public service resident satisfaction index model.Designed 7 latent variables in the model,select residents expectation,perceived quality as antecedent of satisfaction,and selection of residents participation,community resources,community access to public services,the community public service content as antecedent of perceived quality,four variables to huangshi H street as an example for empirical study,the model is verified,the community residents of public service satisfaction model is established finally.The model is scientific and practical to a certain extent,which is in line with the actual situation of the overall idea of community construction in China.This paper also puts forward some countermeasures and Suggestions to improve the residents'satisfaction with public service in H street community in huangshi city,which can provide basis and reference for the formulation of more policies related to community public service similar to the development level of H street in huangshi city.
