Xishuangbanna Prefecture Quality And Technical Supervision Administrative Law Enforcement Research

With the unceasing deepening of China's reform and the rapid development of economy,people have higher requirements on the quality of life.The word "quality" has been mentioned by people gradually,and the problem about quality and safety is an important issue in our current economic society.Quality and safety is not only related to the vital interests of people,but also to maintain social harmony and stability.What's more,it is an important political factor to show a positive image of a country.The purpose of quality and technical supervision department is to ensure the quality of products,maintain the basis of social public quality,and guarantee the safety of people's lives and property.In addition,it continues to increase efforts to crack down the fake and effectively assumes the responsibility of safeguarding people's physical and mental health and property safety in the process of administrative law enforcement.In a word,the administrative law enforcement of quality and technical supervision plays a vital role in protecting people's lives and property security.It is the most direct enforcement means in the system of quality and technical supervision.Based on the research method of linking theory with practice,literature review,case analysis and comparative research methods are employed in this study,analying the status quo of the administrative law enforcement of quality and technical supervision in Xishuangbanna Prefecture.This study mainly analyzes the problems and the original causes existing in the process of the administrative law enforcement of quality and technical supervision from the aspect of administrative management.Meanwhile,the study also summarizes many problems of related articles involved in the administrative law enforcement of quality and technical supervision.Combining with the actual situation of Xishuangbanna Prefecture,and further referring to the experience in the process of the administrative law enforcement of quality and technical supervision in developed regions at home and abroad,the study finally solves the problems existing in the administrative law enforcement of quality and technical supervision of Xishuangbanna Prefecture and finds proposals and improvement measures in further enhancing the administrative law enforcement of quality and technical supervision from different analysis perspectives.This thesis is divided into five chapters: the first chapter discusses the relevant theories of the administrative law enforcement of quality and technical supervision,and the related theories of the thesis and related public management theories(the government regulation theory,the new public service theory,the street bureaucracy theory)are also introduced and summarized.The second chapter analyzes the status quo and problems of the administrative law enforcement of quality and technical supervision in Xishuangbanna Prefecture.The third chapter analyzes the reasons of the problems existing in the process of the administrative law enforcement of quality and technical supervision of Xishuangbanna.The fourth chapter summarizes the domestic and international experience in administrative law enforcement,and as a reference,we find the way to solve the problems.The fifth chapter resolves the problems existing in the administrative law enforcement of quality and technical supervision of Xishuangbanna and improves the current situation.That is,we can resolve the problems by adjusting the internal mechanisms and improving the external environment.
