As the development of mobile internet and new media,and popularization of electronic products such as mobile phone and Pocket PC keps providing E-commerce Marketing with a broader platform.WeChat business stands out as a new type of e-commerce that integrates mobile with socialization on the WeChat platform.Now we do not have a special legislation for e-commerce from the economic law perspective.Current legislation could hardly keep pace with development of e-commerce.We need to establish a complete regulatory mechanism for WeChat business.The paper would introduce WeChat business defining relevant concepts,an analysis of its subject and subject's behavior would be made.The author endeavors to summarize features of WeChat business transaction,on which economic law regulation could be grounded.Trough analyzing problems including consumers' right protection,operators' unfair competition,payment security and supervision absence in WeChat business transaction,as well as causes of these problems,the author analyzes and evaluates current economic law regulations to further demonstrate that we are in urgent need of economic law regulations that are specially designed to regulate WeChat business transaction.Then penetrates into foreign countries' experience and enlightenment in e-commerce related legislation in the economic law field.Through conducting comparative analysis,the author tries to figure out economic-law-regulation-related problems in WeChat business transaction,and summarize foreign legislation's enlightenment on our current economic law regulation.Aforesaid experience has a reference value for our exploration in relevant fields.The author intends to use legislation,industry autonomy,government supervision and judicial remedy to regulate problems in WeChat business transaction and ensure orderly development of WeChat business in the market economy.
