With the popularization of the computer and the rapid development of Internet technology,the emergence of new things,the Internet advertising,breaking the traditional form of advertising,advertising industry and the media has gradually become the eyes of the new darling.However,in a lot of economic value at the same time,it also caused a series of legal problems,such as false advertising,Internet advertising and various forms of harassment disrupt the normal economic order through the network advertisement,unfair competition and so on.From the theoretical point of view,at present,the theory of legal regulation of Internet advertising has been relatively mature in foreign countries,while China is still at a low level for the theoretical study.A challenge problem facing the Internet is not only a national and global,to maintain network security,standard network behavior,protect the legitimate rights and interests of consumers,promote the rapid development of network economy,need the relevant theoretical research support.In reality,on the one hand,now everyone can release advertisement information through the network,it will inevitably lead to all kinds of information to make illegal advertising dragons and fishes jumbled together,a loophole in the law,resulting in network advertising trust gradually reduced,seriously affecting the enterprises and related network legitimate rights and interests.On the other hand,the network advertisement form constantly,the current advertising legislation has been unable to meet the approval of Internet advertising,supervision and punishment,the legitimate rights and interests of consumers will be illegal advertising network threats and damage.Therefore,it is necessary to make the corresponding measures for the healthy and green development of the network advertisement,and analyze the problems on the basis of the specific cases,find out the loopholes,and put forward the perfect suggestions to regulate the development of the network advertisements...
