Research On The Work Pressure Of Police In Basic Police Stations

With the implementation of Xi Jinping’s thoughts on socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,the public security situation has improved significantly,but the law enforcement environment is facing unprecedented challenge.which requires the public security organs to actively reform and carry out countermeasures.Baotou City Public Security Bureau,as a pilot unit for the education and rectification of public security organs nationwide,should bear the brun.As a subordinate unit of the Baotou City Public Security Bureau,the Tumote Youqi Public Security Bureau should make reforms because of the gathering of Mongolian,Han and Hui ethnic groups.Nowadays,the people have put forward higher requirements on the working methods and image of the police in police stations.It is embodied in the high workload,high risk,and high standard work requirements of the police in the police station,as well as the deterioration of the law enforcement environment and the ambiguity of their roles in the family.The above-mentioned status quo has brought tremendous work pressure to the police in the police station.When these pressures accumulate to a certain extent,the physical and psychological damage of the police in the police station will be caused.This will also directly affect the social image of the police and destroy the relationship between the police and the public Social public safety brings hidden dangers.The author worked in the police station of the Public Security Bureau of Tumote Youqi Banner for four years.He conducted surveys with the police from the police station of the Public Security Bureau of Tumote Youqi Banner.He prepared interview materials based on his own experience,compiled questionnaires,and explored the sources of pressure of the police in the police station.solution.A total of 390 questionnaires were distributed,and 337 were effectively retrieved.The author also produced 16 interview transcripts and based on the data obtained from the questionnaire survey and interview records,concluded that the reasons for the high work pressure of the police in the police station of the Public Security Bureau of Tumote Youqi Banner involve personal,work nature,social,and organizational factors.Therefore,the countermeasures to solve stress should also be multi-organized and multi-level.The author proposes that the work pressure of the police in the police station of theTumote Youqi Banner Public Security Bureau can be relieved through three levels:one is to change the working methods and enhance work efficiency;the second is to focus on mediating physical and mental health;the third is to create a good family atmosphere through their own efforts.
