Research On Pressure Of Police In Police Stations Of Harbin Public Security Bureau

With the promotion of socialism with Chinese characteristics in China,the social security situation is facing unprecedented challenges.Public security organs are also in urgent need of reform and countermeasures.On this basis,the Harbin Public Security Bureau should be the first to take the brunt of reform and progress.Now,put forward higher requirements for the new situation of police law enforcement image and method,specifically in the police station work of high risk,high work load,carry out the work of high standard and high requirements,the law enforcement environment is not harmonious,the family role ambiguity.The above situation to the police station the tremendous work pressure,the pressure will not only make the psychological,physiological and daily behavior of the police station to produce a series of vicious spiral,will also affect the daily life of the police station,the police station to reduce the occupation sense of honor,to reduce the police station and the collective work efficiency,have a negative impact on social security.As an author of the Harbin Municipal Public Security Bureau police station,in order to understand the status quo of Harbin City Public Security Bureau police station work pressure,looking for factors of job stress,to alleviate the Harbin Municipal Public Security Bureau police station of the working pressure of the strategy,this thesis focuses on the research literature on the basis of making interviews,questionnaire,to Harbin City Public Security Bureau police station as the object of investigation.A total of 20000 questionnaires were issued and 17278 valid questionnaires were collected.And the author made 16 interview transcripts,interview records to take recording,and completely restore the discourse.According to the questionnaire survey and interview record data obtained through the summary,summarizes the cause of Public Security Bureau police station in Harbin city is tremendous work pressure in many aspects,related to the working conditions,work environment,job burnout,physical factors,psychological factors,occupation achievement,social and family support and many other reasons,therefore,countermeasures of Harbin City Public Security Bureau police station to relieve the pressure of the occupation should be multi-level and multi aspect.The author mainly through three aspects to ease the Public Security Bureau police station work pressure in Harbin City: one is in the working time,organizations and individuals should pay attention to the method,strengthen the work efficiency;the two is in the working time,organizations and individuals should pay attention to the regulation of the body,pay attention to mental health;the three is from the police's life and work the police need interaction,efforts to create a warm family environment.
