Research On The List Of Administrative Powers

The administrative power is always a hot topic in the world,facing the expansion of administrative power,all the countries in their own way to control the expansion of administrative power,the government and people of all countries according to their own national characteristics for different ways to realize the administrative power allocation in China through the list of administrative powers to implement the system of administrative allocation power,effectively regulate administrative power,to achieve decentralization,transformation of government functions,improve the service consciousness of the government,to prevent the abuse of power,at the same time,to ensure the market self adjustment ability,protect the legitimate rights of citizens,guarantee the construction of the rule of law.This paper mainly through the research and analysis of the administrative power list system,a comprehensive understanding of the connotation and existing problems in operation,so as to better improve the administrative power list system,to guarantee the effective running of the power list system,the construction of socialist rule of law country.The characteristics of Chinese chapter structure is mainly divided into five parts:the first part is the introduction,mainly elaborated the significance of the topic and the research methods used by the problem;the second part mainly introduces the basic content of the administrative power list system and the meaning of the power list system contains;the third part mainly introduces the basic requirements of the construction of the power list system in China;the fourth part describes the basic situation of the construction of China’s administrative power list system and problems;fifth this part is the said measures to solve problems and suggestions.This paper tries to make contribution to the construction of the power list system through the analysis and research.
