Research On Government Responsibility In The Prevention And Control Of Nuclear Power Construction In China

Nuclear energy development as an important representative,bearing new burdens and taking important responsibility in promoting social and economic progress.The development of nuclear power construction is a very important step to promote the development of clean energy,But it is also controversial because of nuclear radiation characteristics of itself in the course of development.In the construction of nuclear power,The safety is the key factor influencing the healthy development of nuclear power construction.Due to the special national conditions of our country,it would be particularly important for us to deeply understand the particularity of our current nuclear power construction safety prevention and controlling and grasp the government responsibility.In the field of nuclear power construction safety control,the government is responsible for unified management and integration of resources,and establishing the effective prevention and control system to ensure the healthy and orderly development of economy,society,and ecological civilization.To consummate the government responsibility system in the construction of nuclear power security prevention and control,it is an effective method by drawing lessons from foreign experience in safety prevention and control of nuclear power construction.Thus,in this dissertation,the major contents are as follows: Use of public management related theory and nuclear power construction safety control practices in China.Trying to reveal the present situation of the government responsibility and providing some relatively shallow recommendations in the implement approach of government responsibility by researching the government responsibility as the breakthrough point.It also provide the beneficial reference in ensuing the orderly development of China's nuclear power construction.
