Performance Analysis Of The Government's Open Data Portal

With the development of Information Technology and the arrival of Big Data Era,Open Data movement growing rapidly,the public more and more demand for Open Government Data,Open Government Data become to a new trend.In 2009,the US government proposed "Open Government initiative" and established the Open Government Data portal site "Data.gov".The Open Data portal sites of the United Kingdom,Australia and other countries also on the line.At present,the construction of our Open Government Data portal site is still in its infancy,compared with other developed countries,there still is a big gap.Unmeasurable means unmanageable.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to analyze the current performance of Open Government Data portal sites in China.The paper introduces the related concept of Open Government Data portal site,and expounds the theoretical basis of performance analysis.On the basis of the existing research,this paper constructs a website performance evaluation system which conforms to the actual situation of our Open Government Data portal site.The paper conducts a comparative analysis of 14 sites,from the aspects of "Platform","Data" and"Use".According to the scoring rules for ranking,the top 3 of Open Government Data portal site construction are Shanghai,Beijing and Qingdao.Finally,the author make reasonable recommendations to optimize the Open Government Data portal construction,and hope to play a reference to our Open Government Data site development.
