Research On The Practice Of Public Security Administrative Mediation

People always used to the quiet life,and the human society can not be sustained unless it is in a relatively stable order.Then,resolving disputes has become the common need of the litigants and the society.With the development of the time,the rule of law society is making constant progress,and at the same time the dispute resolution mechanism is changing to suit the modern society.Though,the main form of dispute resolution in our country is litigation,but it is found that the public security organ has become the main force to resolve disputes.No matter willing or not willing to,the public security organ must be in the face of disputes.This is not the self-choice,but the choice of the public.With a sharp rise in the number of all kinds of disputes,the constant improvement of the legal knowledge level of citizens and the strong awareness of rights,many problems has appeared in the process of mediation in recent years.The emergence of these problems are pushing the mediation work of the public security organ to a higher standard in the new era.In this paper,in the perspective of a rural police station,it carries out the research on the problems which exist in the mediation work and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions that are of some help to the future development of mediation system in the grass-root public security organ mediate.
