On The Changing Mechanism Of The Rule Of Law Culture In The Yangtze River Delta

Yangtze River Delta as China's reform and opening up the forward position, it's reform and development of the rule of law culture plays an important role in the progress of the rule of law in the whole country. Since the reform and opening up in 1978,the evolution of the rule of law culture in the Yangtze River Delta region can be seen to witness the development of the entire Chinese rule of law culture. The results of the formation of this region with the characteristics of the rule of law culture are worthy of our study and analysis. The Yangtze River Delta region has its own uniqueness in the process of China's rule of law development. Its superior geographical location and adequate economic strength and solid cultural heritage brew the unique environment of its rule of law culture. The rule of law culture in the Yangtze River Delta is maintained under the premise of harmonization with the central government combined with local characteristics of the region produced by the rule of law culture.This article is based on this situation, and regard reform and opening up as a starting point,and explores the changes of the rule of law culture in the Yangtze River Delta since 1978.This article mainly from the material level, the system level and the concept level three aspects as the entry point to understand the Yangtze River Delta rule of law culture mechanism of change. This article attempts to sum up the historical process of the Yangtze River Delta culture of the process of the changes. And using an Analysis Model of the Mechanism of Cultural Change in the Yangtze River, to explore how to deal with all aspects of the process of cultural change in the Yangtze River Delta, so that to make the process of change is more standardized and reasonable, to better adapt to the current trend of development of the times. The article is divided into five parts, the first part is the introduction, this part mainly analyzes the background, ideas and methods of this paper. The second part analyzes the relevant concepts of the topic to clarify the scope of the article.The third part analyzes the history and current situation of the cultural change of the rule of law in the Yangtze River Delta, to make a rough understanding of the object of the article. The fifth is a summary of the article. This part analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the cultural change mechanism of the Yangtze River Delta rule of law.
