Research On The Legal System Of Labor Contract Economic Compensation

In the stable society with the economic development,it is a legislative purpose to build a harmonious and stable labor relations based on the labor laws and regulations.Labor contract is the agreement between the employer and the employee,establishing the labor relations,specific rights and obligations.It happens often for the employer and the employee to dissolve a labor contract.There,it is important to establish a labor contact for the economic compensation.This paper is focused on the economic compensation system for labor.Firstly,it gives the definition of the economic compensation system.And then,it shows the property of the economic compensation system for the labor contact.Comparison between the definition and the property is conducted to analyze the core value and the theory.This paper employs the comparison methods to research the situation of the economic compensation system for labor after the release of" The labor contract law of the People's Republic of China " presented in 2008.It is compared with the situation of the economic compensation system for labor in our country and abroad.Some problems on the situation of the conduction for the economic compensation system for labor in our country are shown and analyzed.Suggestions are given in this paper for the improvement of the system of economic compensation of labor in our country.
