Study On The Choice Of Pension Model And The Supply Of Pension Resources In Baoding City

Since China entered the ageing population society in 2000,the degree of aging has become increasingly severe.The issue of old-age care has undoubtedly become a cause of concern for livelihood.This article takes Baoding City of Hebei Province as an example to analyze the elderly's choice of pension mode,pension needs and the supply of pension resources in Baoding City in order to find out the gaps and existing problems of old-age resources in Baoding City from both sides of supply and demand,and explore the suitable pension model for the elderly.This paper firstly investigates the problems related to the choice of pension model for the elderly to understand the pension needs in Baoding,and uses the logistic multivariate regression model to analyze the factors affecting the choice of the pension model of the elderly.Then,according to data from Baoding Civil Affairs Bureau and the author's visit to some pension institutions in Baoding,grasp the supply of pension resources in Baoding.Finally,based on the above-mentioned pension needs and the supply of pension resources,analyze the problems existing in the supply and demand of pension in Baoding,and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for solving the problem of pension support in Baoding.The results of the analysis show that the main pension mode of the elderly in Baoding is family pensions.Many elderly people do not know much about community retirement,they are biased about institutional pensions or are unable to pay high fees,so the pension model has been biased to the expectations,and the elderly have not been able to enjoy the most satisfactory pension model.The factors affecting the elderly to choose the pension model mainly include age,education,economic and number of children.As for the supply of pension resources,the main problem is that the supply of pension resources is insufficient,and the basic facilities of the pension institutions and the community are incomplete and imperfect,and there is still a long way to meet the needs of the elderly.The willingness for retirement of the elderly is changing from family retirement to social retirement.It is imperative to develop a diversified pension model.It should be led by the government,vigorously attract social resources to invest in the development of the pension industry,and build and improve the community care service center.Pension institutions,vigorously promote the process of medical care and integration,and strive to create a harmonious and comfortable environment for the elderly...
