A Comparative Study Of International Information Security Legislation

With the rapid development of information technology and popularization,more attention paid to information security related legislation,various countries speeding up the steps of the information security legislation,to ensure the safety of its information. Russia, China and the United States are the world's three major information development power, both the government and individual citizens, there are a lot of information is stored in the computer network, information system security is related to national security.Russia,China and the United States on information security legislation have a lot in common, but at the same time they are so different. By comparing these countries similarities and differences of information security legislation, learning from each other, constantly making perfect heir legislation, has important practical significance.Especially for China, at the present the network information security legislation relatively lags behind, there are some problems in the process of legislation, in compare with the information security legislation of the United States and Russia.China should be based on their status quo, found that the lack of the information security legislation, draw lessons from the United States and Russia's information security legislation, constantly improve the information security legislation in China.In this paper showed that, improving chinese information security legislation has great significance.In addition, this paper comprehensive use of literature research, comparative analysis and case analysis and other research methods. In contrast to Russia, China and the United States fully information security legislation in common and different places,on the basis of summarizing China's information security legislation, fully drawing on the strengths of information security of the United States and Russia,to provide important reference for China's information security legislation.
