Studying The Tibet Legal System Propaganda And Education Under The Rule Of Law

In 2012,the Chairman of the Tibet Autonomous Region,in accordance with the concept of ruling the country according to the rule of law,put forward the idea of building the legal system in Tibet.In 2013,Chairman Yu Zhengsheng put forward the concept of "administering the law according to law and building a long time" in Tibet,Education is part of the propaganda and education of the rule of law in our country.Strengthening the propaganda and education of the rule of law in Tibet is conducive to the realization of Tibetan rule by law.The general secretary of the Communist Party of China also proposed the importance of administering the rule of law according to the rule of law at the sixth symposium.Strengthening the construction of the rule of law in Tibet is conducive to the peaceful and stable development of Tibet.In the present economic development of Tibet,Tibet is the need of economic development according to law,Therefore,the people of Tibet who have the ability to educate the rule of law publicity and education is the people's requirements,but also the requirements of society.To create a legal system of Tibet,so that the development of Tibet closely follow the development of the country.This paper analyzes the reasons that affect the legal education and education in Tibet,including educational factors,economic development level,traditional concept of disgust,and Tibetan traditional legal concepts,linguistic factors and geographical factors.Based on the existing problems in the legal education and education in Tibet,it is put forward that the legal publicity and education activities of the Tibet Autonomous Region can not only be public legal consciousness,but also cultivate the public's thinking of the rule of law so that the public can use legal means to maintain their own Legitimate interests,do not take extreme behavior.At the same time,for the leading cadres of the popularization of law,will help the leading cadres in accordance with the law,according to the law,but also in the public minds of the formation of the image of the rule of law.For the young people's law,to strengthen the legal education of young people,on the one hand can prevent crime,on the other hand can improve the concept of the rule of law.Legal publicity and education work in China has been through the land for 30 years,through 30 years of efforts,the people's sense of rule of law has gradually increased,popular law is a long-term activities,to continue to promote law education activities,so that the masses really formed Legal thinking.It is of great significance for Tibet to maintain the long-term stability of Tibet and to maintain the stability of the country and promote the construction of the rule of law in Tibet.
